enna - The Work-Life-Building

enna is the Work-Life Building where work and life can coexist, without merging into one another. The workplace where leisure is embraced to love work. With enna, an office complex is being created that follows a sustainable and innovative value concept, placing people at the center in all respects.

The site of the former Postbus workshops in Vienna’s 3rd district has developed into an exciting urban development area in recent years. On the approximately 32,000 sq m site, 10 building plots for modern and sustainable residential development have been created. Additionally, a park area of approx. 7,000 sq m was established. enna is located directly adjacent to it.

enna was designed by the Graz-based architecture firm Hohensinn. During the planning process, special attention was paid to the careful handling of the existing building structure. This significantly reduces CO₂ emissions compared to demolition and new construction. The existing structure is largely retained and given a new lifecycle.

The centerpiece of the Work-Life Building is the combination of modern office spaces, which offer attractive outdoor areas, with collaboration areas on the ground floor. The main access to the building will be via the adjacent Leonie-Rysanek-Park with a representative entrance area. A tenant lounge invites relaxed networking and exchange. In addition, the included fitness center, fun zone, tenant lounge, an auditorium, showrooms, and the adjacent Leonie-Rysanek-Park offer opportunities to step out of everyday work and clear your mind.
