Logistics Park A1 Ljubljana / Logatec

A state-of-the-art logistics property with approx. 27,000 sqm of warehouses was completed in 2025 in an industrial area in the greater Ljubljana area at Logatec. The property was built in accordance with the international ‘Class A’ standard and is BREEAM ESG-certified.

The location can be reached from the A1 highway (E61, E70), which runs from the Austrian border near Spielfeld / Maribor to Koper via the ‘Logatec’ exit. The highway access road leads directly to the industrial area in the east of Logatec.

Due to its central location in the south of Ljubljana and its central location within Slovenia, the site is ideally suited for regional and supra-regional distribution logistics as well as import services via Port of Koper / Port of Trieste.

We offer managed warehouse logistics space on behalf of a well-known logistics service provider, with a total of up to 10,000 m² of storage space or 16,440 pallet spaces available as total capacity. An individual service package will be developed and offered according to customer requirements. All services from imports to warehouse logistics could be offered, including customs services and distribution in Slovenia and to neighboring countries.
