Description
In Bruck a.d. Leitha in the area of the industrial site West, a state-of-the-art industrial and logistics park will be built by an internationally known project developer by summer 2022.
On a property area of approx. 13.6 hectares, 2 warehouse phases with a total of approx. 51,000 m² of warehouse space and up to 7,800 m² of office and social space are being built. The warehouse sections range from approx. 3,500 m² to approx. 7,000 m², hall sections can be combined in a modular way to meet larger space requirements.
The construction sections in the area of Hall A allow the gates to be served on one side, the sections in the Hall B area also allow the gates to be served on both sides and are therefore a specialty on the market.
The project is currently in permitting phase, tenant requests can still be addressed individually.
