Description

The new logistics & industrial park Bratislava / Bernolakovo is located in the immediate vicinity of the D1 (E58) motorway with direct access via the new junction of the same name. From 2021 onwards, the most modern logistics objects in the A-Class area with specifications well above the standard will be built in two construction phases on a plot of land of over 30 hectares.

The UNIT A building will be built in 2021/2022 and will be available for rent from Q2 2022. The hall sections can be individually adapted and allow hall sizes from 5,000 sqm.
