Currently, the property comprises a basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, attic, and loft. Access to the ground floor is available either from the south/east side of the building or via a staircase on the north-west side, which connects to the upper levels of the villa.

Inside, the villa has been divided into three residential units, each corresponding to one of the main floors.

The structural fabric of the villa is in good condition; the roof framework and key structural elements, such as the exterior walls, are intact.
