Industrial Park Trnava Phase II - commission-free rental

The Trnava Industrial Park is located in the east of the city Trnava, in the immediate vicinity of the Stellantis plant (PSA Peugeot-Citroen) and the R1, 61 and D1 motorways. The target area is accessible to trucks 24/7 without any restrictions and can be reached without passing through any towns or settlements.

Approximately 200,000 sqm of modern production and warehouse space has already been built on an area of 55 hectares and leased to well-known tenants from the industrial and logistics sectors (CEVA, C&A, Forvia, HAVI, ZF, etc.).

On the expansion area for the “TRNAVA II” construction phase in the north-west of the Stellantis plant, a further 150,000 sqm of production and warehouse space will be created across four properties from 2025 onwards. The first unit, TRN21, with approx. 45,000 sqm, has already been partially pre-let and is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for December 2025.

Further properties with unit spaces ranging from 18,000 m² to 62,000 m² are planned in the immediate vicinity and can be built to suit specific tenants requirements. The completion is possible within 12 months of signing the lease agreement.
