THE BRICK is a modern, multifunctional building complex located directly on Triester Straße. The site is home to the new headquarters of Wienerberger AG, a hotel belonging to the Plateno Group, and modern office space with in-house catering and commercial areas.

The BRICK is located in the heart of Vienna's new Biotope City district, where a total of 900 apartments are being built on an area of approximately 5.4 hectares. Directly adjacent to The BRICK is the 123-hectare Wienerberg recreation area with 14 km of running trails, bike paths, sunbathing lawns, several soccer fields and sports fields, and the Wienerbergteich pond.
