Description

The logistics and industrial park SERED is located in western Slovakia in the vicinity of the strong industrial locations Trnava, Galanta and Nitra. The PSA plant in Trnava is 12 km away, and Samsung in Galanta is located in the same distance to the south.
This region has also established itself as an excellent distribution location for Slovakia as well as for the entire region of Central and Eastern Europe. Well-known settlements in the vicinity are in particular Amazon and LIDL with their supraregional distribution centers.
The R1 expressway located on site can be reached directly in 1 km from the park and after a further 8 km the D1 Bratislava - Zilina motorway with further direct connections to Vienna, Györ, Budapest, Brno and Prague.
MOUNTPARK is building state-of-the-art logistics and industrial areas for rent in several phases. The second phase 'E' with a total of 25,763 m² is currently under construction and will be completed in the 1st quarter of 2021. Construction sections A, C and D with a total of 129,379 m² of possible hall space are available for further development.
