The warehouse buildings will be constructed with a steel-fibre-reinforced concrete floor slab and offer a floor load capacity of 50 kN/sqm.
The clear height is up to 10 m in Warehouses 1 and 2 and up to 18 m in Warehouses 3 and 4, based on a column grid of 12 x 24 m.

Doors & Loading

  • Loading docks with electric dock leveller and external shelter: each 3.0 x 3.2 m

Office and social areas are integrated into the warehouses and are designed over two levels. These areas will be fitted, according to tenant requirements, taking into account Czech hygiene and fire safety regulations.

Fire protection is ensured by an ESFR sprinkler system, with the design adaptable to the respective use and stored goods.
