in accordance with the guidelines to slow the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in Austria, which are currently being enacted or imposed by the Federal Government, we would like to inform you about our external and internal measures for the ongoing business operations.
Our business is maintained in full - by phone or electronically - with our staff working from home with full electronic access to all our data servers. Naturally, we also comply with all data protection regulations in tele-working.
We all have a proven, fully mobile and networked equipment with laptops and smartphones, and are happy to be at your disposal via e-mail or telephone. The relevant landline telephone extensions are diverted to the mobile phones of the respective employees.
Please do understand that, due to legal obligations, our offices and facilities are currently not accessible to external visitors and clients and that we have only set up a mail reception and journal service on site. Urgent multilateral meetings can be arranged by telephone or video conferencing.
We have installed and activated emergency plans for all relevant processes in the area of our property management in order to ensure the implementation of important procedures (transfers, settlements, on-site operations, etc.). We are doing all possible to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible support despite the difficult circumstances.
In the area of our marketing and consulting activities we currently - until further notice - do not have any personal appointments on site, but we are available with our teams in all departments by phone or video conference (via zoom).
