In January 2011 OTTO Immobilien was established as exclusive cooperation partner of Knight Frank in Austria. Knight Frank is the largest private real estate agent and advisor worldwide with the head office in London.
The Knight Frank company offers the full range of real estate services in the commercial and residential segments, focussed on high-quality objects. Together with partners overseas such as Douglas Elliman, more than 16,000 employees are working in more than 380 offices in over 50 countries. Only a minor part of this worldwide real estate network is not owned by Knight Frank. These offices, to which the OTTO Immobilien Gruppe belongs, have entered into an exclusive cooperation agreement and are managed by their owners independently and under their own responsibility.
