With around 200,000 students, Vienna is the largest German-speaking university city in the world. However, there has not yet been a well-founded study of supply and demand for places in student dormitories, the rental price situation etc. And this despite the fact that the asset class Student Housing has had high demand in Austria and recently new international investors, such as Greystar from the United States, entered the market.
