FIABCI

A global real estate community for the future

The FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, was founded in 1949 and has developed into a worldwide – non-profit oriented – network that represents world's real estate professions. At present, FIABCI comprises 55 national delegations, the head office is located in Paris. The main objective of the FIABCI is communication in all relevant segments (economy, industry, technology, research, policy, culture) at local, national and international levels.
FIABCI Austria is headed by a young and inspired team: since June 2001, Dr. Eugen Otto is President of FIABCI Austria, Mag. Barbara Faltl is Secretary General. Within the framework of FIABCI, the main focus of FIABCI Austria currently lies on the creation of a broad platform for young colleagues with the aim to exchange ideas, to cultivate international contacts on a constant basis, and to achieve a market lead by using knowledge, skills, and trends in Austria.

ÖVI

Austrian Association for Real Estate Professions
 
20 years ago, the ÖVI was founded with the aim to create the basis for a constant quality in the professional field of property trustees. Since then the Association has taken the lead role in the key areas of political opinion-forming, representation of interests, and quality of professional training for estate agents, managers and property developers.

Approximately 370 high-quality companies are the members of the association, which has developed into an efficient partner in the fields of legislation, trade, consumers and, last but not least, media in Austria.
